Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the developer of Savee, operating under the Oilor name ("Savee", "we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the App.

The App stores information on your device and, when you choose to sign in, may securely sync supported account data through our services.

1. Information We Handle

Depending on how you use the App, we may handle:

• account information, such as your account identifier, name, email address, and profile image • subscription records you create, including names, prices, currencies, billing dates, categories, statuses, saved icons, and reminder settings • App preferences, notification settings, and sync metadata • basic technical and usage information, such as a randomly generated App identifier, device platform, App version, App opens, screens viewed, and interactions with App features • technical request information, such as network address, request time, and device or browser headers, when your device communicates with our services • information you voluntarily send when contacting us

We do not request your bank account, payment-card details, contacts, photos, or precise location for the App's core features.

2. How We Receive Information

We receive information:

• directly from you when you create an account, enter subscription information, change settings, or contact us • automatically from the App and device when the App communicates with our services • from sign-in, hosting, operating-system, and app-store providers that support the App

App-store operators may separately provide developers with aggregated or de-identified information about installs, devices, App performance, usage, and general geographic distribution under their own privacy policies.

3. Local Storage and Account Sync

Subscription information and settings are stored locally on your device.

If you sign in, the App also sends an account-linked copy of supported records and settings to our sync infrastructure so they can remain available across your devices and be restored after sign-in.

Account sync is optional. If you do not sign in, account-linked cloud sync is not used.

4. How We Use Information

We use information as reasonably necessary to:

• provide, maintain, secure, and improve the App • authenticate accounts and synchronize records across devices • calculate and display subscription information • schedule and manage reminders you configure • understand basic App adoption, screen usage, feature engagement, platform mix, and technical performance • detect abuse, investigate errors, and protect our services • respond to support requests • comply with law and enforce our Terms

We do not use your subscription records for advertising or sell them to data brokers.

5. Legal Grounds

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information:

• to perform our agreement with you and provide requested App features • with your consent, where consent is required • for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, measuring, and improving the App, where those interests are not overridden by your rights • to comply with legal obligations or protect legal rights

You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully.

6. Service Providers and Disclosures

We may disclose information to providers that perform services for us, including:

• account authentication • cloud hosting, storage, and synchronization • app-usage measurement and technical diagnostics • operating-system and app-store services • exchange-rate or other functionality requested through the App

These providers may process information only for the relevant service and under their own legal obligations and contractual terms.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect users or the public, enforce our rights, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

7. Basic App-Usage Information

The developer may receive basic, pseudonymous information about how the App is used, including App opens, screens viewed, selected feature interactions, device platform, and App version.

This information is used to understand adoption and performance, improve features, and diagnose technical issues. It is not used for targeted advertising, cross-app tracking, credit decisions, or attempts to identify anonymous users.

App-store and operating-system providers may also make aggregated analytics available to the developer under their own terms.

8. Notifications and Reminders

If you enable notifications, the App uses device notification services to deliver subscription reminders you configure.

Notification permission is optional and can be changed in your device settings. Reminder preferences may be stored locally and, when you sign in, included in account sync.

Notification delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by device settings, operating-system restrictions, connectivity, or third-party platform services.

9. Data Retention

We retain account and synced subscription information while your account remains active or as needed to provide the App.

Basic usage information, security records, and technical logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to provider settings, legal duties, dispute resolution, security needs, and backup cycles.

After deletion, limited copies may remain temporarily in backups or records we must retain by law. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that no longer reasonably identifies you.

10. Deletion and Your Choices

You can edit or delete subscription records in the App and can use the in-App account deletion control to request deletion of your account and synced account data.

Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage generally removes local App data from that device, but does not by itself delete a signed-in account or synced server data.

You can manage notification permission through device settings. You may contact us about other privacy choices or requests using the details below.

11. Export, Import, and Device Backups

The App may allow you to export and import backup files. After an exported file leaves the App's private storage, you are responsible for securing it and deciding where it is stored or shared.

Your device provider may include App data in device backups or migration services. Those services are controlled by the relevant platform provider, not by us.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access, loss, corruption, or disclosure caused by your handling of exported files or by independent backup services.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. Access to signed-in account data requires authentication, and service providers are selected to support secure App operation.

No device, transmission, software, or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security or prevent every unauthorized access, loss, corruption, or service interruption.

13. International Processing

The App and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards or rely on another lawful transfer mechanism. Privacy laws in other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

14. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, or under any higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of this section, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

15. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal information we process, and to complain to a data-protection authority.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Rights may be limited by applicable law, security requirements, the rights of others, or records we are legally required to retain.

Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable privacy or consumer rights.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, our practices, or legal requirements change.

The updated version will be made available in the App or on our official website. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent before materially different processing begins.
